About Federation
Panvel CIDCO Sahakari Gruh Nirman Sangh Limited (PCSSSL) [Panvel CIDCO Co-operative Housing Society Federation Limited] is a registered federation under the Maharashtra Co-operatives Act, 1960 and the rules made there under. The federation is registered and established on 21st May 2018 under the hands of Joint Deputy Registrar, CIDCO.
In accordance with Co-operative Housing Societies Bye-laws no. 6, all Housing Societies following under Panvel City Municipal Corporation are eligible to become the member of Panvel CIDCO Sahakari Gruh Nirman Sangh Limited [Panvel CIDCO Co-operative Housing Society Federation Limited]
The aim of Federation is to advise, guide and assist the member societies to function efficiently and to follow correct financial practices, by providing consultation, arranging training and conducting workshops. The Federation can assist societies in accordance with bye-laws 175 (G) for Redressal of their complaints.
